Real estate portal
The project is a online portal for Syndicate real-estate consultants. The web site enables administrators to upload residential, commercial and agricultural units on the web site including, floor plans, local maps and amenities. Visitors to the web site use a simple or advanced search engine to obtain a list of properties that match their search criteria. The web site enables visitors to watch a virtual video tour of the property if available.

The project enables participating real estate dealers to post property information for units on sale or lease to a central database using a GUI interface. Other real estate dealers can use the data in XML/SOAP format to publish information on their web sites The project supports negotiated commission rates between individual dealers as well as as standard applicable commissions on transactions. The project is designed to support 500,000 XML transactions per day. The project includes a API library to access the central distribution server in .NET, PHP and Java.
